GOT MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue with this Holosyn EPS Carry. The reticle is holosun eps footprint completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like the whole thing is glued together. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue?
